For day 11 of the #19erWorkout Challenge we're throwing in some calf raises. Don't rush these! Raise the heels skyward...go on get them sky high! Pay attention to the pressure in your feet. As you raise your heels upward try to evenly distribute the pressure across all toes and even feel yourself pushing those last degrees on your big toe. Slowly let yourself back down toward the ground. For those that want increased range of motion then stand on the edge of a block/step. Follow up with all prior days of the challenge.
