#19erWorkout Day 16

Day 16 of #19erWorkout Challenge drops us back down onto the ground. From a side lying position we will perform a side plank. If you are not able to achieve a full plank then lie in a hook lying position (shown as the first example in the video). The goal of the exercise is to maintain maximum hip height during the plank while lifting your top leg. Perform repetitions on both sides. Follow up with all previous exercises.
