Holiday Smoothie Recipes

Stop in the market when making your last minute run for holiday dinners to snag some of these ingredients to try some of our favorite holiday themed smoothies.

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

  • 1/2 can of pumpkin puree

  • Handful of frozen cranberries or cherries

  • 1-2 pitted dates

  • pumpkin pie spice to taste

  • 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder

  • 1 cup of preference of nut milk or coconut milk

Green Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

  • 1/2 can of pumpkin puree

  • 1 cup frozen cranberries or cherries

  • 1/4 cup walnuts, almonds,

or cashews

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder

  • 3-4 cups spinach and/or kale

  • 1 cup preference of nut milk or coconut milk

Gingerbread Smoothie

  • 1 cup nut milk or coconut milk

  • Frozen banana

  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1-2 dates for sweetness

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Pumpkin Spiced Latte Green Smoothie Recipe

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree

  • 1 cup chilled coffee

  • 1 frozen banana, peeled and sliced

  • 1 cup nut milk

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  • tiny dash of ground cloves

  • 3-4 cups fresh baby spinach

Sweet Potato Smoothie

  • 1 cup red grapes

  • ½ orange, peeled, halved, leave a bit of peel for zest if preferred

  • 1 sweet potato, cooked and cooled

  • ½ apple, seeded, cored

  • ¼ cup cranberries

  • ½ teaspoon fresh ginger root or powder

  • 2 dates, pitted

  • 2 cups ice cubes

Beet Berry Smoothie

  • ¾ cup cranberry or cherry juice

  • ¼ cup frozen cranberries or cherries

  • 1 beet, quartered

  • ⅓ cup frozen strawberries

  • 2 dates

  • ⅔ cup ice cubes
