Day 10 everyone! Grab anything you can find in the house that can either be held onto or placed into a suitcase/bag/backpack. Hinge over at the hips (like we did in the squat), keep the spine straight, and lift that weight skyward.

#19erWorkout Challenge today brings the bent over rows and follows with all previous days. Keep up the great work everyone!
