Graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biomedical Science in 1994. He received his Master in Physical Therapy from Texas Tech School of Allied Health in 1999. Working in Amarillo since 2001, his primary emphasis has been treatment of orthopedic and sports related injuries as well as pre-employment employee screening/testing. He has been providing new hire (post-offer, pre-placement), post-injury/illness Return-To-Work, and Fit-For-Duty functional testing for local and national employers since 2006. Tom and his staff have served as the official rehabilitation providers of the Amarillo Bulls hockey team and the Amarillo Venom arena football team since 2008. Tom is a member of the Texas Physical Therapy Chapter, American Physical Therapy Association, Orthopedic Section, Sports Physical Therapy Section and Private Practice Section. Tom's vision of TPT started with a simple, small concept. That concept was to provide great service, pay attention to your details, and carry out compassionate care. That concept carries out to this day and he embodies it from the top. The staff simply follows by example (--written by his staff, he would never allow this kind of acknowledgement).

Graduated from West Texas A&M University in 2003 with a Bachelor in Biology. He attended Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center where he graduated in 2006 with a Master of Physical Therapy. He has been working at Total Physical Therapy since 2006 and specializes in orthopedic and neurological involved patients including balance and vertigo related disorders. He has been involved in the rehabilitation of our local Amarillo Venom and Amarillo Bulls athletes since 2008. He has one goal with your therapy and that is to fully engage in your concerns and mobility limitations. He will find the quickest and most efficient method to restore your lifestyle demands. In his spare time Michael enjoys spending time with his wife Lindsay and their daughters Berkley and Wrigley, racing his mountain bike for our very own Team Total Physical Therapy, as well as listening to music and playing guitar.

Graduated from Amarillo College with an Associates in Applied Sciences in 2013. She has been working as a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant at Total Physical Therapy since the fall of 2014 and has experience working in acute care, rehabilitation, and outpatient orthopedics. The Amarillo area is very fortunate to have Lydia available for your therapeutic needs. Lydia simply provides that energy that drives enjoyment to your rehabilitation. She loves engaging in life discussions to help guide your therapy towards reaching your goals. It won't take you long before you realize that Lydia has you smiling from ear to ear because she's helped you see the value in your hard work. 

Graduated from Amarillo College as a member of Phi Theta Kappa in 2010 with an Associates in Applied Sciences. She has worked in the skilled nursing and outpatient settings. She has served in the U.S. Air Force, home schooled 4 of her 5 children, opened her home to foster children, and is active in her church. There is just something about life that feels right when you're around your mother and that is exactly how we feel about Tracy! She simply has that incredible ability to listen to your thoughts and concerns and then put them into action. Patients simply love engaging with Tracy and find that her innate ability to listen helps them maintain motivation throughout treatment. You'll love her attention to your details.

Graduated from Walla Walla University in Washington State with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Physical Education. Lee received his Physical Therapy Assistant degree from Loma Linda University in California in 2011. He has worked in multiple settings such as Inpatient Rehabilitation, Outpatient Rehabilitation, Home Health, as well as teaching in a Physical Therapy Assistant program. He has extensive teaching and coaching experience, coaching gymnastics and acrobatics for 22 years in Colorado, Minnesota, Washington, and California. Lee is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), Orthopedic Section of the APTA, Sports Physical Therapy Section, and a member of the Texas Physical Therapy Chapter. He is Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Level 1 certified as a medical professional. Such an incredible worker for TPT. Lee has that old fashion charisma and bed side manner that is so hard to find these days. One treatment session with Lee and you'll feel as if you've known each other for years. He gives you 110% with each therapy session and is determined to make you laugh. Outside of work Lee enjoys playing golf, traveling, and coaching.

Graduate of Amarillo College 2016, with an Associate degree in Applied Science. Lilliana first joined us working as a technician while finishing school. That time spent with us made it clear that the city of Amarillo was going to benefit from her strong compassion with people. She has been an incredible member of the TPT team and has an infectious smile that eases the rehabilitation process. One treatment session with her and you know you're in good hands. Lilliana is bilingual and has the desire to accomplish your goals and achieve the success you deserve.

Graduate of River Road High School in Amarillo, Texas. He pursued studies at Amarillo College and completed his Massage Therapy Certification at The Austin School of Massage Therapy. He has experience as a Physical Therapy Technician for over 15 years and has been with Total Physical Therapy since 2005. Dakota assists in patient care, management of all Physical Therapy Technicians, maintains company inventory, and aids in the hiring process at Total Physical Therapy. He is a very compassionate employee who strives to provide patients with the highest level of care they expect in a highly motivational one-on-one environment. One minute working with Dakota and you'll recognize that he loves working with people. You'll also be reminded of that old fashion attribute of respect because Dakota is full of it. TPT is truly blessed to have him partake in your care and we know you'll feel the same.

Nikki has been with Total Physical Therapy since 2013. She is a dedicated, hardworking and compassionate employee who strives to assist with patient care to the best of her abilities. She is currently pursuing an education at Amarillo College to become a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. Don't let her quiet voice fool you, she has a great heart and is a strong listener to patient concerns. We all feed off of her enthusiasm and joyful attitude. 

Leigh Ann has been a welcomed TPT team member since 2006 and she has been working in medical billing for much longer. When she joined us we were immediately at peace with how dedicated she is to your financial needs. She is the engine that resolves your insurance questions and makes sure you have full understanding of your benefits and responsibilities. Chances are if you have an early morning appointment, Leigh Ann will be the one to greet you. She's that benchmark player that every team seeks as she is early to work and late to leave. Any questions you have regarding your benefits or payment issues she'll be happy to assist.

Cynthia joined our team in 2015 and has truly been a blessing for TPT. She is the voice you come to love as she is the staff member to field your calls. She is the smile that satisfies you when you walk through the door and the face that will assist you with all your scheduling needs. Don't be surprised if someone pats you on the back and says good job because that will be her. Patients love carrying out conversations with Cynthia because talking to her is simply easy.
