TPT Core and Cardio Elite is guaranteed to get your heart racing, your body sweating, and your legs and arms burning. The payoff? How about exchange that hard work for carved abs, back, legs, and arms. Core and Cardio Elite is designed for individuals who want to avoid spine pain, want stronger legs, and improved heart and lung health. As always our courses include a functional movement screen by a licensed Physical Therapist which will be used to modify your workout routine to maximize results and minimize injury. The course meets twice a week for an 8 week program. This course is for you!
