In this video we are starting a new video series that addresses runners who are looking to improve their performances. In our previous running series we looked at the new runner and introduced them to building a running habit, performing strength exercises and improving range of motion. In this next series we will look at different training intensities and how they can help with specific elements of our running. This video provides some context on how to approach and apply the training intensities. In the videos that will follow we will categorize different training intensities and how they can benefit you as a runner.
