Starting a Walk/Run Program Week 4

In this episode we recap week 4 on my journey back to running. I discuss how I have been adapting my workouts to help me progress. I also talk about how important it is to make sure that lifestyle factors such as exercise, sleep and nutrition are dialed in to help with the stress/adaptation model.
