In this episode, I review how my first week went following a walking program on my way back to running. I review what types of exercises I performed and why I perform them. I talk about a tip to stay mentally sound when going through the recovery process, and I talk about why it is important to start with a walking program when coming back from a major injury or if you have never run before.
