Quality Years - What we can learn from our Elders

We share a few examples of some of our older clientele and why they make a commitment to physical activity. There are many consistent themes found with individuals that live into their 90s and centenarians. There is much to learn if we merely listened. Establishing a real life connection to physical activity is critical to forming habits and reaping the rewards and health benefits that exercise has been shown to consistently deliver.
