Starting a Walk/Run Program Week 3

In this episode I recap my third week working through my progression to get back to running. Included in this discussion is how I am modifying my schedule based on how my hip is respond to the stress/adaptation model and a short discussion on what types of exercises I am working on and why they are important to my recovery and development as a runner.


The last discussion of the video looks closely at why goals are important and why it is important to set big goals for yourself, but then take those big goals and start to break them down to manageable goals that drive motivation and tenacity to stick to a program that drives long term results.
