In today's video we take a look at some exercises that will be beneficial for new runners to perform to 1. Improve running form, 2. Decrease compensations, and 3. Improve running power. Within the video we talk about 3 fundamental ideas 1. rotation/lateral stability, 2. Balance, and 3. Hip Extension. In the video are examples of some exercises to perform to work on these 3 ideas and some simple progressions are also provided. There are a plethora of different exercise that could address these 3 ideas, but the exercises listed can be performed by almost anyone.
