Benefits of Exercise

In this discussion we will be going over the physiological adaptations of your body in regards to the four main types of exercise. It has been shown that 77% of Americans over the age of 18 years old are not getting the recommended amount of activity in a day to promote health. In this video we will talk about the benefits of exercise and will follow this discussion up with more discussions on how much exercise we should be doing and what it looks like to perform those bouts of exercise to achieve healthy amounts of exercise.
