The Remodel Phase of Healing

Once your body has finished laying down all of the new tissue you are done with the healing process correct? No! Once the new material has been laid down we still have to go through the Remodel Phase of Healing. In this video we discuss what is involved with the Remodel Phase, how long it lasts as well as a few considerations to think about as you progress through the phase to get back to life, sport or work.
