Developing a Habit for Running

Today, we are looking at what we can do as runners to help us develop the habit of running. Typically the first 3-6 months are the hardest for a new runner for a couple of reasons, but once a runner gets past these first few months and develop a habit of running they are much more likely to continue running long term. Included in the video are different techniques and advice to help you increase your chances of building your running habit.
