Progressive Overload

How do I get from where I am to where I want to be? This is a common question we get as physical therapists. We have many tools in our tool box to utilize as therapists, but a tool we use every day is the concept of progressive overload. Simply by continuing to appropriately challenging the body we can see improvements slowly overtime.
