For Day 12 of the #19erWorkout Challenge we're rolling out the Good Morning Drill. Don't be over zealous with adding resistance on this drill. By design it's a tool to improve tolerance under prolonged tension. To build tension we don't need a heavy resistance. So keep the light manageable and move through the pattern slowly to encourage your spine and legs to learn how to navigate time under tension. Follow up with all exercises from previous days.
