Resistance Training at Home

In today’s video we talk about a few variations of exercises that you can do at home if you are unable to go to a gym or do not have access to a gym during COVID-19. The push/pull template that we use in this video was first discussed in our resistance training recommendations video that was released a few weeks ago.
