Building off of the Good Mornings from yesterday we are moving forward today for the #19erWorkout Challenge with the Single Leg Romanian Deadlift (RDL). We're going to add a little twist to the traditional approach by moving out of the RDL into a tall march position then repeating. So we're letting go of the weights/resistance from yesterday and working on the single leg technique and balance. As always follow up the RDL with all previous exercises. Onward!
